Clinical Hypnotherapy 

As a trained and certified Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist (C.Hyp™), available to all clients are a variety of tools that I bring to my Psychotherapy practice including Clinical Hypnotherapy. 

Through Clinical Hypnotherapy, I will:

  • Integrate evidenced based Ericksonian and holistic trance methodology into other treatment modalities. This can include CBT, Mindfulness Based Therapies (stress reduction, mood regulation, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindful eating, mindful parenting, etc) and Yoga Psychotherapy
  • Effectively utilize trance-work for body-oriented psychotherapy approaches, especially in the context of trauma processing and recovery
  • Provide strategies for developing your “inner therapist” through a range of trance-based techniques including: age regression, core belief and Ego-State work
  • Apply hypnotic protocols for mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, panic and OCD
  • Offer hypnosis-informed programming for pain management
  • Blend hypnosis with integrative healing for habit reversal, relapse prevention, and health/recovery maintenance
