Fees for Registered Social Work Services/Psychotherapy
*You will be provided with a receipt for Registered Social Work Services following each session. This receipt can then be submitted to your extended heath provider for reimbursement, or for a tax deduction, if applicable. Please check with your extended health care provider to inquire about coverage under your plan*

Cancellation Policy:
In fairness to other clients, I maintain a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. Unless it is an emergency, if you know you will not be available for our scheduled session time, please let me know at least 24-48 hours in advance so I can offer the session time to others. Last minute cancellations under 24 hours will be charged a full session fee.
